Fragt man, wie man sich direkt an diesem Gesch\u00e4ft beteiligen kann, wissen die meisten keine Antwort, denn keine der beiden Plattformen ist b\u00f6rsennotiert, und das d\u00fcrfte sich vorerst auch nicht \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zahlen erkl\u00e4ren das Interesse. Das kombinierte Volumen von Kalshi und Polymarket ist in weniger als einem Jahr von 4,5 Milliarden auf 43,7 Milliarden US-Dollar pro Monat gestiegen, wobei die Fu\u00dfball-Weltmeisterschaft im Juni zus\u00e4tzlichen Schwung gab.<sup>1<\/sup> Die unabh\u00e4ngige Erhebung des Pew Research Center zu demselben Gesch\u00e4ft beziffert das Volumen im April 2026 auf rund 24 Milliarden US-Dollar, ein n\u00fctzlicher Referenzwert f\u00fcr die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung dieser Entwicklung.<sup>2<\/sup> Kalshi hat in diesem Jahr bereits zweimal Kapital aufgenommen, zuletzt bei einer Bewertung von 22 Milliarden US-Dollar, wobei Berichten zufolge eine Runde \u00fcber 40 Milliarden US-Dollar im Raum steht, w\u00e4hrend Intercontinental Exchange 2 Milliarden US-Dollar in Polymarket investiert hat, vor allem um sich eine Lizenz f\u00fcr dessen Daten zu sichern, und nicht, um auf dessen Wachstum zu wetten.<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investierbar ist die dahinterliegende Infrastruktur. Hyperliquid und Solana, zwei Blockchains, entwickeln sich zunehmend zu den Leitungen, \u00fcber die dieser Boom l\u00e4uft, und ihre Token, HYPE und SOL, b\u00fcndeln dieses Exposure.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hyperliquid hat seinen eigenen Handelsplatz aufgebaut<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hyperliquid betreibt seinen eigenen Prognosemarkt (oder Ergebnismarkt), HIP-4, direkt innerhalb seiner Exchange, statt die Notierung einem Dritten zu \u00fcberlassen. Seit dem Start am 2. Mai 2026 hat er in neun Wochen ein Nominalvolumen von 331 Millionen US-Dollar verarbeitet und ist von unter 3 Millionen US-Dollar in der ersten Woche auf einen w\u00f6chentlichen H\u00f6chststand von 75 Millionen US-Dollar Ende Juni gestiegen.<sup>4<\/sup> Die Erl\u00f6se sind bislang verschwindend gering, 5.906 US-Dollar gegen\u00fcber einer HYPE-Marktkapitalisierung von 15,4 Milliarden US-Dollar, flie\u00dfen aber in Hyperliquids Assistance Fund, der mit Protokollgeb\u00fchren und einem Anteil an den Erl\u00f6sen des Stablecoin-Emittenten Circle HYPE zur\u00fcckkauft.<sup>5<\/sup> Jeder Dollar, den HIP-4 erwirtschaftet, flie\u00dft, wenn auch heute noch geringf\u00fcgig, in diesen R\u00fcckkauf ein.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coinshares.citywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Asset1-DE.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3235\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solana setzt auf Distribution, nicht auf den Handelsplatz<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solana \u00fcbernimmt eine andere Rolle: die der Distribution statt des Handelsplatzes selbst. Phantom, seine dominierende Wallet mit rund 20 Millionen Nutzern, bot Kalshis M\u00e4rkte erstmals im Dezember 2025 an.<sup>6<\/sup> Phantom ersetzte diese Vereinbarung am 1. Juni 2026 durch World, einen nicht-verwahrenden, \u00fcber Chainlink abgewickelten Handelsplatz.<sup>7<\/sup> Jupiter, Solanas gr\u00f6\u00dfte Trading-App, brachte im Juni mit Forecast eine dritte Option an den Start, bei der konkurrierende Market Maker bei kurzlaufenden Krypto-Kontrakten gegeneinander antreten, statt auf einen gemeinsamen Liquidit\u00e4tspool zur\u00fcckzugreifen.<sup>8<\/sup> Nichts von diesem Handelsvolumen schl\u00e4gt sich direkt als Solana-Erl\u00f6s nieder, es erscheint lediglich als allgemeine Netzwerkaktivit\u00e4t. Solanas eigener Anteil, also etwa die H\u00e4lfte der vom Protokoll einbehaltenen Transaktionsgeb\u00fchren, lag in diesem Quartal bei durchschnittlich rund 1,4 Millionen US-Dollar pro Monat, gegen\u00fcber einer Marktkapitalisierung von 47 Milliarden US-Dollar.<sup>9<\/sup><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coinshares.citywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Asset2-DE.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3234\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei beiden Zahlen gilt ein ehrlicher Vorbehalt: Erl\u00f6se im f\u00fcnf- bis sechsstelligen Bereich gegen\u00fcber mehrstelligen Milliardenbewertungen bedeuten, dass es sich um eine Wette auf Positionierung und k\u00fcnftige Optionalit\u00e4t handelt, nicht um einen kurzfristigen Ertragstreiber.
